A few years ago, I was running a fast-growing digital marketing agency. We were winning client pitches, but internally, our operations were cracking. We had data slipping between HubSpot and Slack, our Zapier runs were constantly failing, and our senior account managers were spending 15 hours a week manually checking links and cleaning client spreadsheets.
I tried hiring traditional virtual assistants, but they lacked the technical skills to debug automations or configure CRM pipelines. I also couldn't justify paying $90,000/year for a full-time in-house operations manager just to maintain our tool settings.
That's when the idea for TVAs was born. We created a rigorous training and vetting framework to upskill assistants in SaaS tools, API configurations, and AI tooling. Today, we support over 140 founders and agencies across the USA, helping them automate their operations and focus entirely on revenue-generating work.
