1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or engaging the virtual assistant services of TVAs — Tech VA Services ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website or services.
2. Services Description
We provide dedicated, pre-vetted, and AI-trained Technical Virtual Assistants (VAs) who specialize in SaaS stack configuration, workflow automation (using third-party tools like Zapier and Make), CRM setup and operations, CMS website updates (like Webflow and WordPress), and customer operations helpdesk support.
VAs operate under your direct guidance, supervision, and instructions. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or software uptimes, as tool behaviors depend on third-party service providers and your instruction parameters.
3. Free 7-Day Pilot & Billing
- 7-Day Free Pilot: Qualified clients are eligible for a free 7-day pilot, limited to 5 hours of total work. No credit card is required to begin.
- Subscription Plans: Upon successful pilot completion, if you elect to continue, you must select a subscription plan (Starter, Professional, or Full-Time). Billing is pre-paid monthly or annually according to your chosen plan.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be submitted at least 3 days before your next billing cycle to avoid automated renewal charges. All payments are non-refundable.
4. Client Responsibilities & Security
You are solely responsible for:
- Providing clear and accurate instructions and specifications for all requested tasks.
- Maintaining the security of your own login credentials and sharing access only through encrypted password vaults.
- Reviewing and testing any code, automated workflows, or database operations set up by your VA before running them in a production environment. We are not liable for business downtime, deleted database rows, or email bounces resulting from executions under your guidance.
5. Intellectual Property
All work product, custom workflows, automation scripts, database structures, copy, and code created by your assigned TVAs VA specifically for your business during paid hours becomes your exclusive intellectual property upon full payment of all outstanding invoices.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall TVAs — Tech VA Services LLC, its founders, officers, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from the performance or non-performance of our VAs or software automations.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
