The Client
PulseFit is an emerging health-tech brand offering fitness tracking solutions and virtual wellness coaching. Content operations and web positioning are central to their organic growth strategy.
The Challenge
Following a template migration on their Webflow site, PulseFit's content operations came to a halt due to critical web architecture issues:
- Broken CMS Collections: Disconnected collection structures threw rendering errors, preventing content updates.
- SEO Deterioration: Broken links and unconfigured CMS collections generated hundreds of 404 errors, causing organic Google ranking to plummet.
- No Search Indexing: Their blog had accumulated 50+ detailed articles, but because page schema was missing, search engines were not indexing them, yielding zero organic traffic.
Our Solution
A Technical VA audited and overhauled PulseFit's Webflow workspace:
1. Webflow CMS Overhaul
The VA audited all collection structures, merged redundant schemas, resolved collection constraints, and rebuilt blog card templates to ensure content renders correctly.
2. Technical SEO Correction
The VA redirected all broken 404 links, submitted updated sitemaps to Google Search Console, and configured automated schema markup (like Article schema) on all blog items, allowing Google to parse and index posts.
3. Automated Content Operations
To streamline future posting, the VA built an integration linking their writing docs (Notion) directly to Webflow. Now, when an article is approved in Notion, it drafts inside Webflow automatically.
The Impact
The CMS and technical SEO fixes unlocked massive search visibility:
| Metric / System | Before TVAs VA | After TVAs VA |
|---|---|---|
| Indexed Pages | 12 Pages | 85+ Pages Indexed |
| Site Audit Score (Semrush) | 64% Score | 94% Score |
| New Post Upload Time | 45m / Article (Manual) | 1-Click Notion Sync |
| Monthly Organic Visits | Minimal Traffic | +210% Search Growth |
With technical SEO and CMS collection issues resolved, search engines indexed their blog database. PulseFit saw a 210% increase in organic traffic and a 47% boost in newsletter signups over the next 90 days, turning their blog into an active lead acquisition channel.
